Cell Culture
and Tissue Engineering Laboratory

2 credit hours

Students in this laboratory course will become proficient with numerous techniques related to cell culture techniques and will be introduced to the concepts that are central to the engineering of tissues. Syllabus

Lecture: All students will attend lecture on Thursdays from 4-4:50 in the lab, 3110 DCL.

Laboratory: Meets in room 3110 DCL, a state of the art teaching lab with a separate aseptic cell culture room fully equipped to accomodate four groups of students at one time. See room (ppt)

If you are a non-BIOE student, you will need to sign up for the course under MCB 493JLM, after receiving consent from the instructor.

Return Day: All students must return for a short time on Monday at a time arranged between the student and TA to tend to their cells.
