Research Interests:

• Our research interests lie at the intersection of computer science and engineering, genomics, and evolutionary biology. We develop computational methods to explore the human genome, integrating cross-species comparative genomics data to understand mammalian evolution and human genetics. We are also interested in studying genomic variation in the human population and their associations with diseases.
